We are a friendly global design agency specialising in performance focused retail design working with great retailers and great brands. One of our key projects requires us to recruit a Chinese Speaking Junior Retail Designer.
Role summary
We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our retail design team. The ideal candidate will be able to speak fluent Chinese and English in order to communicate and present ideas to clients and colleagues. You will be making sure that the Shopworks planning principles are brought to life through your plans.
You will be mainly responsible for the output of technical retail documentation including store floor plans and unitary specifications, with scope for creative input. Working closely within the design team, delivering global store floor plans, elevations and 3D visuals on a rollout basis.
You will have 1-2 years of technical/creative experience in a retail or a similar industry with a strong ability ideally in Vectorworks (or a similar CAD software) and in technical drawing conventions, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Salary up to £24,000 pa depending on experience.
You will need your own car for travel to our UK office based in Berkhamsted, Herts or be able to commute to the Shanghai office if based in China.
