Seamless Shop Refit for Pandora’s EVOKE 2.0 Concept

Shopworks took on the challenge of carrying out a comprehensive store transformation for Pandora at Brent Cross, one of London’s premier shopping destinations. The project entailed a complete strip-out of the existing store to prepare for the implementation of Pandora’s innovative EVOKE 2.0 concept.

The primary objectives were to install the new concept and ensure the shortest possible store closure period.

Shopworks meticulously planned every aspect of the refit, including the strip-out process, white box material installation (drylining, ceilings, floor, and wall preparation), and electrical system upgrades to meet current standards.

The implementation involved the installation of factory supplied elements including the unexpected modification of a major element, and the creation of a cohesive and contemporary store environment. Shopworks also incorporated a new audio-visual system to enhance the customer experience as well as coordinating the manufacture and installation of a new shopfront sign.

Precise scheduling, coordination with Pandora’s specialist subcontractors, and constant communication with the Pandora team were pivotal in minimising disruption. The project was completed under budget and ahead of schedule allowing Pandora an additional three days of trading.

Shopworks’ careful execution and attention to detail ensured that the store migrated seamlessly from the existing New Evolution concept to the EVOKE 2.0 which delivers an upgraded interior that perfectly reflects Pandora’s brand vision.
